IT Infrastructure Lead (CTO Role)

Dar Delta is a Saudi systems integrator delivering Cisco and Huawei networking, CCTV & ELV, and data center solutions for government and private sector clients. We’re looking for a senior technical leader to head our technology function and also serve as our CTO. What you’ll do: Lead the design and delivery of enterprise networking and data center projects built on Cisco and Huawei technologies Oversee structured cabling, CCTV, and ELV solutions Lead the technical side of government tenders: RFP review, technical proposals, and BOQs Ensure compliance with NCA, HCIS, and other Saudi regulatory requirements Manage the Cisco and Huawei partnerships, and build and lead the engineering team What we’re looking for: 10+ years in IT infrastructure, including 4+ years in a leadership role Strong hands-on expertise with both Cisco and Huawei: routing, switching, wireless, security, and data center Proven experience delivering Saudi government projects Experience with CCTV/VMS platforms Fluent in Arabic and English Preferred: CCNP/CCIE and HCIP/HCIE, plus RCDD, PMP, and Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership Show more Show less
