CÉ LA VI Dubai is seeking a warm, polished, and guest-focused Hostess to create an exceptional first impression, manage guest arrivals, and support the seamless guest relations operations of our world-class venue. Hostess Responsibilities: Establish the correct first impression and make guests feel genuinely welcome, creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Manage the waiting list, receive and record dining reservations, and handle event-related bookings, including table setups. Offer appropriate seating arrangements according to booking requirements, escort guests to their tables, and provide food and beverage menus. Interact with guests in a cordial and gracious manner to create memorable experiences and build lasting customer loyalty. Record preferences of VIPs and regular guests to ensure personalized service standards. Maintain clean, organized reception and work areas at all times while helping coordinate service requests. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, keeping fully informed of all property services and promotions. Attend regular departmental briefings to contribute to open communication within the Guest Relations team. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest service or hospitality, ideally within a high-volume or upscale venue. Exceptional grooming habits and a polished, professional presentation. Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external guests. Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods (up to 5 hours). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
