Role Description The Property Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The Property Advisor will guide clients through the entire property transaction process, including identifying suitable properties, conducting viewings, and providing informed advice on market conditions and investment opportunities. Responsibilities include managing property listings, preparing accurate documentation, following up with leads, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends and regulations. The role also involves delivering responsive customer service, negotiating offers, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring a smooth, professional client experience from initial contact to closing. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client expectations, and handle inquiries effectively. Candidates should possess Property Management skills to oversee listings, coordinate viewings, and support the operational aspects of property transactions. Candidates should possess Investments and Finance skills to advise on property values, returns, and financial considerations in real estate decisions. Candidates should possess skills in negotiation, relationship-building, and basic knowledge of local real estate regulations and market trends. Relevant experience in real estate, sales, or advisory roles is beneficial, along with proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred, and fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage. Show more Show less
