Internal Audit Supervisor / Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Supervisor / Manager to join the Shared Services Internal Audit function of a group company. The role leads and supervises financial, operational, and compliance audits across group entities, with a particular focus on supply chain and finance audits, and provides strong exposure to internal controls, risk management, and business processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise financial, operational, and compliance audits across group companies. Plan and execute audits, with a focus on supply chain and finance audit areas. Review audit fieldwork, working papers, and documentation prepared by the team. Identify control weaknesses and risks, and recommend improvement opportunities. Draft and finalize audit reports and discuss observations with management. Follow up on audit findings and management action plans. Use audit management and analytical tools to support audit execution and reporting. Ensure audit documentation complies with internal audit standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field. Total relevant experience of more than 5 years, including Big Four experience. Proven experience in supply chain and finance audits. Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or CISA is a plus. Skills: Very strong English language skills (written and spoken). Good communication skills (Arabic & English mandatory). Experience using Teammate or similar audit management applications. Experience using the ECL analytical application or similar applications. Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word. Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a team and handle multiple assignments. Show more Show less
