International Trade Compliance Specialist/Trade Operationss Analyst

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced International Trade Compliance Specialist / Trade Operations Analyst to manage international trade activities, import/export operations, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in customs procedures, trade regulations, shipping documentation, and cross-border logistics to ensure smooth and compliant international trade operations. Key Responsibilities Manage import and export operations in accordance with international trade regulations. Ensure compliance with customs requirements, trade policies, and shipping procedures. Prepare and review shipping documents, customs declarations, invoices, and certificates of origin. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and logistics providers. Monitor international shipments, delivery schedules, and customs clearance. Identify trade compliance risks and implement appropriate control measures. Monitor changes in international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements. Maintain accurate trade records and support compliance audits. Identify opportunities to improve trade operations and cross-border logistics efficiency. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Proven experience in international trade, import/export operations, or trade compliance. Strong knowledge of customs regulations, international shipping procedures, and trade documentation. Familiarity with Incoterms, HS Codes, tariff classifications, and customs clearance. Understanding of import/export compliance and cross-border logistics. Proficiency in ERP systems, trade management software, and Microsoft Office. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
