Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Website Specialist with experience in Odoo to join our team. In this role, you will build and manage our online presence on Odoo, create and execute compelling social media campaigns, and drive audience engagement to elevate our brand. Key Responsibilities 1. Odoo Website Management & Creation* Build, customize, and maintain clean, user-friendly website pages using Odoo Website Builder & CMS.* Manage website backend integration with other Odoo modules (e.g., e-Commerce, CRM, Live Chat, Blog).* Ensure website optimization for mobile responsiveness, page speed, and seamless user navigation.* Regularly update content, product listings, promotional banners, and landing pages on the Odoo platform.* Apply basic SEO best practices directly within Odoo to improve organic visibility. 2. Social Media Management* Develop and execute social media content strategies across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).* Create engaging content (text, graphics, basic short-form video) aligned with company branding.* Design and manage monthly content calendars to ensure consistent posting.* Monitor engagement, manage comments/messages, and build an active online community.* Track and report social media key performance metrics (KPIs). Job Requirements & Qualifications* Experience: 1–3 years of experience managing social media and working on website management/creation. * Odoo Expertise: Hands-on experience building and updating web pages via Odoo CMS / e-Commerce.* Technical Skills: * Proficiency in design and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar). * Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics. * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS within Odoo templates is a strong plus. * Key Competencies: * Strong English copywriting and communication skills. * Creative eye for design, layout, and user experience. * Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
