Vacancy : We are embarking on an exciting new chapter and are looking for an accomplished Group Head of Consumer Healthcare (CHC) to build and lead our CHC business across Delta Pharma & Pharonia Pharma. This is not simply a leadership role. It is a business-building opportunity. We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial CHC leader who has the vision, experience, and energy to create a new business unit from scratch, define its strategy, build the right portfolio and organization, and establish a strong go-to-market model. Key Responsibilities:- Develop the Group’s overall CHC strategy and business model for market entry. Build the CHC business sector from the ground up, including structure, capabilities, processes, and culture. Identify and develop a compelling CHC and nutraceutical portfolio for future expansion to the already existing ones. Define the go-to-market strategy across medical, pharmacy, trade, consumer, digital, and e-commerce channels. Build strong branding, category, and consumer marketing capabilities. Develop commercial partnerships and identify new growth opportunities. Expand our presence in export markets for CHC portfolio in a selective and rewarding manner. Establish clear P&L ownership, KPIs, and performance management. Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing CHC leadership and commercial team. Liaison with the regulatory body for granting the required approval whenever needed. Work closely with Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and other Group functions to accelerate launches and sustainable growth. We are looking for someone who brings:- Extensive leadership experience in the Consumer Healthcare / OTC / Nutraceutical business. A proven track record in building or significantly scaling CHC businesses, portfolios, or business units. Strong commercial, marketing, portfolio, and P&L leadership experience. Deep understanding of consumer behavior, pharmacy/trade channels, healthcare professionals, and digital channels. An entrepreneurial and builder mindset.
