WE ARE HIRING – COMMERCIAL ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Engineer – Electrical to join our team for a Hospital Project in the UAE.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
8+ years of experience in commercial/QS roles within the construction industry.
Must have hospital/healthcare project experience.
Strong experience in subcontract management, variations, claims, and final accounts.
Experience in BOQ preparation, cost control, valuation, and payment certification.
Good knowledge of MEP/Electrical works, contracts, and commercial procedures.
Ability to review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual documents.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates available within a short notice period are preferred.
