We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Email Marketing & Audience Growth Specialist to help us build our customer base, grow our audience, and increase online sales. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategies to grow our email subscriber list from scratch. * Identify opportunities to attract new audiences and potential customers to our Shopify website. * Create and optimize newsletter sign-up forms, pop-ups, and lead-generation campaigns. * Plan and execute engaging email marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal collections. * Set up and manage automated email flows, including welcome sequences, abandoned carts, and customer retention campaigns. * Develop customer segmentation strategies to improve engagement and conversions. * Collaborate with our marketing team on audience acquisition and promotional campaigns. * Monitor subscriber growth, website conversions, email engagement, and revenue. * Continuously test and improve campaigns to maximize results. Requirements * Proven experience in email marketing, audience acquisition, and e-commerce growth. * Experience with Shopify and email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo. * Strong understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion strategies. * Experience building and growing email subscriber lists. * Strong copywriting, campaign planning, and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently, take initiative, and develop effective growth strategies. * Experience with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
