Co-Founder - The Court Collective 🏓 📍 Abu Dhabi, UAE The Court Collective is an upcoming competitive pickleball community in Abu Dhabi, built to bring people together through structured play, leagues, rankings, events and a technology-driven player experience. We’re at the very beginning — and I’m looking for a Co-Founder to build it together from the ground up. This isn’t an employee role. We’ll be shaping the vision, growing the community, building partnerships, running our first events, developing the business model and figuring out what works together. Who I’m looking for: Genuinely interested in pickleball 🏓 Entrepreneurial and excited about building from zero Based in Abu Dhabi/UAE and willing to be actively involved Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions together Interested in sports, community, events, business and/or technology Able to commit consistently to building something long-term The brand, concept and digital platform are already taking shape.
