Senior Corporate Sales & Business Development Specialist Location: Sheikh Zayed, Giza, Egypt We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Sales & Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive corporate sales growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our B2B client base. Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities and potential B2B clients. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and corporate accounts. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. * Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and deliver professional sales presentations. * Negotiate commercial agreements and close profitable business deals. * Develop strategic partnerships to expand the company’s market presence. * Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and after-sales follow-up. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. * Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * 3–5+ years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing corporate deals. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. * Strong networking and relationship-management abilities. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. * Very good command of English. * Experience in real estate, corporate services, or HR services is an advantage.
