Senior Personal Banker

Key Responsibilities Achieve volume and revenue targets by expanding the client base, deepening relationships, and executing an effective sales strategy. Proactively drive new account openings through targeted outreach and relationship-building initiatives. Collaborate with internal departments—including Credit and Operations—to ensure timely resolution of pending cases and seamless service delivery. Strengthen existing client relationships by understanding individual financial needs and delivering tailored banking solutions. Take ownership of customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Handle customer requests and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency to deliver an exceptional banking experience. Monitor and report potential fraud or risk concerns to the Branch Manager, providing timely feedback for appropriate action. Manage complaints in coordination with Consumer Rights Protection, Compliance, and Governance teams, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and SLAs. Perform any other tasks assigned by management to support business growth and service excellence. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in (Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting…etc.) or its equivalence Minimum Experience 3+ years of relevant experience, banking experience is a plus, Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills Advanced knowledge of retail banking operations and products. Strong customer portfolio and retention management skills. Ability to guide and support junior staff. Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and internal controls.
