WE ARE HIRING! | Graphic Designer & Video Editor ALAS Home is looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing marketing team 📍 Work Location: 10th of Ramadan City - Industrial Zone Preferred Residence: East Cairo & surrounding areas (El Shorouk, Madinaty, 10th of Ramadan City, Badr City) Key Responsibilities: Graphic Designs: Create high-quality, visually appealing static posts, carousels, stories, and promotional banners across all social media platforms. Video Editing & Reels: Edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) and promotional videos with smooth transitions, color grading, sound design, captions, and trendy visual hooks. Brand Identity Consistency: Ensure all visual outputs strictly follow ALAS Home’s brand guidelines, color palette, typography, and aesthetic direction. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Specialist and Marketing Manager to execute creative briefs and brainstorm visual concepts for campaigns. Motion & Animation (Plus): Add simple motion graphics or dynamic text animations to elevate video and social media content. Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, video editing styles, and social media visual formats to keep the brand fresh and competitive. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Graduates are preferred). 1 - 2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor (agency or in-house). Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects/CapCut Pro for short-form edits). A strong, updated Portfolio / Behance / Drive link is a MUST (showcasing both graphic design and video editing work). Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, lighting, and visual storytelling. Ability to receive constructive feedback, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and a proactive, creative mindset.
