Bids & Contracts Manager

About Aventus Aventus is a leading GCC recruitment firm with a strong presence across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We partner with banks, government entities and multinationals to hire business-critical talent. We’re growing fast, and we’re creating a new role to lead our bids and commercial contracts. The Role You will own every bid, tender and commercial agreement across the business, working closely with our leadership, sales and marketing teams. You’ll help us win new business and make sure the terms we agree protect the company. Key Responsibilities Lead RFPs, tenders and framework bids end to end, from go/no-go through to submission Coordinate input from sales, finance and leadership to deliver compliant, high-quality responses on time Review, draft and negotiate client terms of business, MSAs and NDAs Maintain contractor and employment agreement templates in line with UAE labour law Support trade licensing and regulatory compliance, working with external advisers Build a bid content library, standard templates and a contracts register About You 4–7 years’ experience in bid management, tendering or commercial contracts A background in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing or professional services is highly desirable A proven track record of winning bids and negotiating commercial terms A working knowledge of UAE labour law and GCC procurement Excellent written English and strong commercial judgement A law degree, APMP certification, KSA experience or Arabic is an advantage How to Apply Apply via LinkedIn with your CV.
