Business Development - urgently hire 1 person Support business development activities, including market research, business opportunities identification, and potential partnership development. Communicate and coordinate with Chinese and Indonesian business partners, clients, and stakeholders. Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, reports, and other business-related documents. Facilitate business meetings, discussions, and negotiations through Mandarin-Indonesian translation when necessary. Project Management - urgently hire 1 person Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring ongoing projects to ensure timely execution. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation. Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and follow up on project milestones. Facilitate communication between Chinese and Indonesian teams to ensure effective collaboration. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, International Business, or related fields. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) and Bahasa Indonesia. Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin proficiency are welcome to apply. Having HSK certification or relevant working experience will be an advantage.
