Qualifications Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts preferred. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef De Partie in a hotel or fine dining environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and food safety standards. Experience in Cold Kitchen and Garde Manger is preferred.
