Marketing Manager

Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote Company’s brand, products, and in-store experience. Day-to-day tasks include planning and managing campaigns, overseeing social media and digital presence, coordinating in-store promotions, and collaborating with the roastery and café teams to communicate new offerings and events. The Marketing Manager will analyze marketing performance, track customer engagement, and adjust strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. The role also involves managing relationships with external partners, staying informed about local market trends, and ensuring all marketing materials maintain consistent brand identity. Qualifications Experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning, preferably in food and beverage or hospitality. Skill in social media management and digital marketing tools, including content creation, basic analytics, and community engagement. Ability to manage in-store marketing activities, events, and promotions, with strong coordination and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail in visual and written brand storytelling. Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced café/roastery environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Genuine interest in specialty coffee and willingness to learn about espresso and filter coffee to inform marketing efforts. Show more Show less
