Role description 3X Capital Real Estate is expanding its creative team in Abu Dhabi and is looking for a talented Videographer & Video Editor who can transform ideas, properties, and investment stories into compelling visual content. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams to plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality content for property campaigns, social media, brand storytelling, project launches, and digital marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities Plan and execute professional property and lifestyle video shoots. Capture high-quality footage using professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. Produce engaging real estate videos, promotional content, social media reels, and brand films. Edit and produce content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Motion Graphics. Create polished transitions, graphics, sound design, titles, and visual effects. Apply professional color correction and color grading. Develop creative concepts, shot lists, and visual storytelling ideas. Optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, websites, presentations, and digital campaigns. Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and media assets efficiently. Maintain consistent visual quality and brand standards across all content. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver projects within deadlines. Qualifications 1–2 years of real estate industry experience is mandatory. Must currently be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Strong professional videography and video editing skills. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Experience with Motion Graphics. Strong understanding of cinematography, framing, composition, lighting, and camera operation. Experience creating property videos, social media reels, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing content. Strong creative storytelling skills with excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of professional color grading and sound design. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Comfortable working on-site at properties and collaborating with sales, marketing, and leadership teams. Relevant education or professional training in film, media, communications, or a related discipline is preferred. A strong portfolio/showreel is required.
