Role Description The Order Picker role at Qatar Jobs - Verified is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha. The Order Picker is responsible for accurately picking items from inventory according to customer orders, preparing products for packing, and ensuring that all orders meet quality and quantity standards. Daily tasks include organizing stock, labeling items, assisting with unloading deliveries, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The role may also involve operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment, coordinating with supervisors on stock levels, and following established procedures to support efficient warehouse operations. Qualifications Strong order fulfillment skills, including Order Picking and Packing, with attention to accuracy and quality. Ability to safely perform Unloading activities and manage incoming and outgoing stock in a warehouse environment. Competence in Forklift Operation or willingness to obtain relevant certification, following all safety guidelines. Basic understanding of Operations Management principles to support efficient workflow and inventory control. Ability to lift and move packages as required, and stand or walk for extended periods. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team. Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is an advantage.
