📢 We’re Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Lending & Financial Transformation (FDI) 📍 Location: Qatar 💼 Experience: 7+ Years 🏦 Domain: Corporate Banking | Lending | Credit | Business Analysis We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support lending growth, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) initiatives, co-lending solutions, and sector-based financing transformation within the banking sector. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, BRDs/BRS, user stories, and functional specifications. Work closely with Business, Credit, Risk, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to deliver lending transformation initiatives. Analyse end-to-end lending and credit processes to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and process improvement. Support lending platform enhancements, loan origination systems, and loan lifecycle management initiatives. Conduct financial, market, sector, and portfolio analysis to support business decisions and lending growth. Contribute to credit framework enhancements, process optimisation, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with regional stakeholders to support cross-market implementation and transformation initiatives. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Lending, Credit, Business Analysis, or Financial Services Transformation. Strong understanding of lending products, credit processes, and loan lifecycle management. Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, functional specifications, and solution design. Exposure to lending transformation, credit system implementations, and process improvement projects. Knowledge of FDI, structured finance, co-lending, or corporate lending will be an advantage. Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
