Responsibilities
Own the annual sales plan for assigned territories across HDPE, LLDPE, and PP
Develop and manage distributor and agent networks
Negotiate quarterly and annual supply contracts with key converters
Provide market intelligence on pricing, competition, and demand trends
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Chemistry
8+ years polymer sales experience with export exposure
Established converter or distributor network in Africa or South Asia
Willingness to travel up to 40%
