Deputy Manager – GRC, Internal Audit & Business Process Improvement Role Summary Supports engagement management, client coordination, and business development activities. Ensures efficient project execution and contributes to developing new service offerings aligned with market demands. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing and executing multiple client engagements across GRC, IA, and BPI. Maintain ongoing communication with client teams to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery. Participate in proposal development and identify opportunities for expanding client engagements. Contribute to the development of new advisory services and methodologies. Conduct risk assessments, process reviews, and internal control evaluations. Develop risk-based audit plans, risk frameworks, and methodologies Review and finalize engagement documentation to meet quality standards. Mentor and supervise consultants and associates during engagements. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 5–7 years of experience in internal audit, risk advisory, or process improvement. Progress toward professional certification (CIA, CRMA, or CPA) preferred. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and report-writing skills. Client-oriented mindset with interest in business development. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Effective team leadership and communication skills. Solid understanding of audit methodologies and risk frameworks.
