Perform maintenance and calibration of pressure, temperature, flow, level, and other process instruments. Troubleshoot transmitters, control valves, sensors, switches, gauges, and instrument control loops. Read and interpret P&ID drawings, instrument loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of instrumentation equipment. Perform instrument calibration using standard testing and calibration equipment. Check and maintain pneumatic and electronic control systems. Assist in commissioning, testing, and loop checking of new instruments and control systems. Identify instrument faults and carry out necessary repairs or replacements. Maintain calibration records, maintenance reports, and technical documentation. Follow all plant safety procedures and ensure work is completed according to company standards.
