About Cream & Crust Cream & Crust is a dessert brand based in Khalda, Amman, specializing in cheesecakes, cheesecake jars and other desserts. We focus on carefully developed recipes, balanced flavors, consistent quality and careful presentation, from preparation through to packaging. We are building a small team that values craftsmanship, food safety, teamwork and attention to detail. The role The Assistant Pastry Chef is a full-time, on-site role at our kitchen in Amman, Jordan. You will support the pastry team in preparing, baking and finishing cheesecakes, cheesecake jars and other desserts according to our recipes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include: Measuring and mixing ingredients and operating bakery equipment Baking, decorating and portioning products Helping with packaging and labeling Keeping the work area clean, organized and food-safe Inventory checks and basic stock rotation Working with the team to meet production schedules and suggest improvements Qualifications Experience in pastry or dessert preparation, ideally in a bakery, pastry shop or commercial kitchen Ability to follow recipes accurately and keep taste and presentation consistent Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Attention to detail, good time management and ability to work at a steady pace Reliable, team-oriented and open to feedback Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and busy seasons when needed How to apply Apply through LinkedIn.
