Relationship Officer - Muamayz Segment

Bank of Jordan is seeking a customer-focused Relationship Officer to manage and strengthen relationships with Mumayaz customers, attract new customers, promote banking products, achieve sales targets, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities • Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with Mumayaz customers, ensuring their banking needs are met with a high level of customer service. • Process various banking transactions, including account openings, cross selling, after sales services and acquire new to bank customer’s from Muamayz segment • Provide clients with information and guidance on banking products, services, and procedures. • Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. • Prepare and maintain client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information and appropriate follow-ups. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services to clients. • Stay updated on banking industry trends and changes in regulatory requirements. Requirements : • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in customer service or banking, preferably in a relationship management role. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and time management . • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. • Good knowledge of banking products and services. • Proficiency in using banking systems and software. • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Basic understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements Show more Show less
