Job Description – Food & Beverage Manager (F&B) Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager Department: Operations Qualification: Master of Business Administration (MBA) Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Food & Beverage industry Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Food & Beverage Manager to oversee F&B operations, manage teams, control costs, improve service quality, and maximize revenue while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations and ensure smooth workflow. * Develop and implement operational plans to increase revenue and profitability. * Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships. * Monitor sales performance, expenses, and profitability through regular reports. * Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate F&B staff. * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. * Develop menus, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives. * Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints effectively. * Establish operational procedures and performance standards. * Coordinate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations departments. * Prepare periodic reports on sales, costs, inventory, and operational performance. Required Qualifications & Requirements * Education: MBA degree is required. * Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably in restaurants, cafés, entertainment venues, or multi-outlet operations. * Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, budgeting, and profitability analysis. * Proven experience in inventory management, purchasing, and supplier negotiations. * Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting systems. * Experience with POS systems and F&B management software. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities. * Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
