Technical Consultant

Job Title: Technical Consultant Location: UAE We are looking for a Technical Consultant with experience in cybersecurity, IAM, PAM, and network security to support technical implementation, troubleshooting, and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Configure, implement, and troubleshoot cybersecurity solutions. Support customer evaluations, technical demonstrations, and POCs. Work on IAM, PAM, and network security solutions. Provide technical support to customers and channel partners. Assist with solution deployment, integration, and technical documentation. Required Skills experience in technical consulting, systems engineering, or cybersecurity. Hands-on experience with IAM (Identity and Access Management) and PAM (Privileged Access Management). Knowledge of network security, including firewalls, VPNs, access control, and security policies. Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, switching, VLANs, DHCP, and DNS. Understanding of endpoint security, authentication, and EDR/XDR solutions. Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise security solutions. Experience in technical implementation, customer demonstrations, and POCs. Relevant cybersecurity certifications are an advantage. Show more Show less
