Role Description The Junior Technical Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuwait. The role involves supporting senior sales personnel in identifying customer needs, preparing quotations, and following up on orders for electrical, industrial, and infrastructure products. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing basic technical product information, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, and maintaining records in sales systems. The role includes learning about the company’s product range and market segments to support future sales growth. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Technical Sales and Sales, with an interest in industrial and electrical products. Candidates should have strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders. Candidates should possess Technical Support skills to handle basic product-related queries and troubleshooting. A relevant diploma or degree in engineering, electrical, or a related technical field is beneficial. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or sales software is required. Ability to learn technical product details quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Show more Show less
