About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior IT Lead - Information Technology to join Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Strategic IT Planning: Develop and implement multi-property IT strategies aligned with corporate objectives, focusing on scalability, security, and innovation. Digital Transformation Leadership: Drive enterprise-level digital initiatives, including cloud migration, automation, and advanced cybersecurity frameworks. Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to IT governance standards, data protection laws, and cybersecurity protocols across all properties. Budget & Resource Management: Oversee IT budgets, optimize resource allocation, and manage vendor contracts for cost efficiency and service quality. Infrastructure Oversight: Lead planning and implementation of network upgrades, server architecture, and disaster recovery solutions. Cybersecurity Management: Establish and monitor security frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive measures against cyber threats. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and department heads to integrate IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and guest experience. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 8–10 years IT experience, including 3–4 years in senior leadership roles within luxury hospitality or enterprise IT environments. Proven track record in IT strategy, digital transformation, and cybersecurity governance. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
