DIRECTOR OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE Luxury Hotel • Doha, Qatar • USD $82,000 per year + Comprehensive Benefits ABOUT THE ROLE We are searching for a Director of Food and Beverage for a luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. Sitting on the Executive Committee and reporting to the General Manager, this is a senior commercial and operational leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, financial performance, and guest experience across all F&B outlets. The ideal candidate is a proven Forbes Five-Star F&B leader with hands-on multi-outlet experience spanning fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room dining. WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide strategic and operational leadership across all F&B outlets, setting the direction for service excellence, revenue growth, and culinary identity Drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in room dining Lead, develop, and inspire senior F&B; leaders and their teams, fostering a high-performance culture Develop and manage the annual F&B; budget, forecasts, and P&L; to achieve financial targets Oversee menu development, promotions, and programming in collaboration with the culinary team Ensure consistent compliance with Forbes Five-Star service standards across all outlets Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, guests, and key stakeholders Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and Marketing to drive commercial performance across all F&B areas WHAT YOU BRING Minimum 4 years of progressive F&B; leadership experience within luxury hospitality - Director of F&B; or EAM F&B level Hands-on Forbes Five-Star property experience is required Proven multi-outlet experience across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room dining Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and revenue strategy Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience in the Middle East is an advantage but not required WHAT'S OFFERED Approx.
