Role Description The Property Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. This role is responsible for managing and promoting residential and commercial properties, including conducting property tours, handling inquiries, and supporting potential buyers or tenants through the selection process. Daily activities include maintaining up-to-date property listings, coordinating with internal teams on availability and pricing, and preparing basic documentation related to offers and agreements. The Property Specialist will build and maintain client relationships, follow up on leads, and support sales targets through effective communication and customer-focused service. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering client feedback, and contributing ideas to improve property positioning and client experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation basics, and closing support. Candidates should possess knowledge of Residential Real Estate practices and local housing market dynamics. Candidates should possess familiarity with Commercial Real Estate principles, property types, and business client needs. Additional beneficial qualifications include strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with basic office and CRM software, and the ability to work on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid.
