Talent Acquisition Lead/People Operations Partner

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead / People Operations Partner to oversee recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and human resource operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR management, and organizational development to attract top talent and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. Manage end-to-end hiring, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection. Coordinate workforce planning and talent development initiatives. Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs. Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and HR priorities. Support performance management, employee relations, and HR policies. Monitor recruitment KPIs, workforce metrics, and HR performance. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Improve HR processes and organizational development initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Proven experience in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, or people operations. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and employee relations. Familiarity with HRIS, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment platforms. Understanding of employment regulations and HR management practices. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
