IT Project Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and support the successful delivery of IT and System Integration projects. The ideal candidate will have solid project management experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage projects from initiation through completion. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage IT/System Integration projects from initiation to completion. Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and required resources. Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, and overall performance. Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and project documentation. Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and coordinate appropriate actions. Follow up on project budgets, resources, and timelines. Conduct regular project meetings and ensure proper communication among all stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed scope, quality standards, and deadlines. Escalate critical issues and delays to management when required. Support project handover and closure activities, including final documentation and lessons learned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within an IT, System Integration, Telecommunications, or Technology environment. Good understanding of project management methodologies and processes. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with project management tools is a plus. Preferred Certifications PMP or CAPM certification is a plus. Other relevant project management certifications are an advantage.
