Chief Accountant

We Are Hiring | Chief Accountant 📍 Location: Qatar 🏢 Industry: Automotive We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Chief Accountant to join our growing automotive team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in financial management, accounting operations, and reporting, preferably within an automotive dealership or vehicle trading environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Lead monthly and annual financial closing and reporting. Monitor vehicle, spare parts, and inventory accounting. Ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable Qatar regulations. Coordinate internal and external audits. Support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience. Previous experience in automotive dealerships or vehicle trading is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial controls, and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Qatar experience is an advantage. Show more Show less
