We're looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist with strong creative thinking, excellent content planning skills, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging social media experiences. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands. Create monthly content plans and editorial calendars. Generate creative content ideas aligned with each brand's identity and target audience. Write engaging captions, social media copy, and creative briefs. Manage social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Schedule and publish content while maintaining consistency across platforms. Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and the marketing team. Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports. Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with social media trends. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining content quality. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management. Previous experience in a marketing agency is highly preferred. Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills. Proven ability to manage multiple brands and social media accounts. Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate within a creative team. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
