About the Role: SVĒ Real Estate is looking for a driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience with a real estate developer in the UAE, a proven track record in property sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and channel partners. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client consultation through to closing. * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors and channel partners. * Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property investment opportunities. * Conduct property presentations, meetings and site visits. * Negotiate effectively and work towards successful deal closures. * Consistently achieve individual sales targets. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, projects, pricing and industry trends. * Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales activity. Requirements: * Previous sales experience with a real estate developer in the UAE is mandatory. * Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills. * Strong networking and business development abilities. * Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. * Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
