Job Summary Responsible for supporting and advancing institutional teaching and learning excellence through the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational initiatives, faculty development programs, and evidence-based teaching practices. Contributes to enhancing instructional quality, promoting innovative pedagogical approaches, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in teaching and learning in alignment with institutional strategic goals and academic quality standards. Key Responsibilities Teaching and Learning Development Support the design and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing teaching effectiveness and student learning outcomes. Promote innovative, student-centered, and evidence-based teaching and learning practices. Contribute to the development and dissemination of teaching and learning resources, guidelines, and best practices. Faculty Development and Support Coordinate and support professional development programs, workshops, and training sessions for faculty members. Provide guidance and resources to enhance instructional strategies, assessment methods, and course design. Facilitate the adoption of innovative teaching methodologies and educational technologies. Quality Enhancement and Continuous Improvement Support the evaluation of teaching and learning practices using relevant performance indicators and feedback mechanisms. Analyze data and prepare reports to identify opportunities for improvement. Contribute to quality enhancement initiatives in alignment with institutional policies and academic standards. Educational Innovation and Best Practices Identify and promote emerging trends and best practices in higher education. Support the integration of digital learning tools and innovative educational approaches. Contribute to projects that enhance the overall teaching and learning experience. Coordination and Reporting Coordinate with academic departments and relevant stakeholders to implement teaching and learning initiatives. Maintain documentation, prepare progress reports, and monitor the implementation of assigned activities. Support institutional projects and strategic initiatives related to teaching and learning excellence. Key Competencies Higher Education and Academic Development Teaching and Learning Strategies Faculty Development and Professional Training Curriculum and Instructional Design Educational Quality Enhancement Learning Outcomes Assessment Data Analysis and Performance Reporting Educational Innovation and Digital Learning Project Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. 3 to 4 Years relevant experience in higher education, academic development, teaching and learning enhancement, or educational quality assurance. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
