Role Description The Quality Assurance Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman. This role is responsible for planning, designing, and executing test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of ERP, e-commerce, and automation solutions. Daily tasks include performing manual testing, documenting defects, collaborating with developers and product teams to resolve issues, and validating fixes before release. The Quality Assurance Engineer will participate in requirement reviews, contribute to test plans, maintain testing documentation, and support continuous improvement of QA processes and standards across projects. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Assurance and Software Testing, with a clear understanding of QA methodologies and best practices. Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Test Execution for web and enterprise applications. Candidates should possess the ability to design, document, and maintain effective Test Cases aligned with business and technical requirements. Candidates should possess familiarity with test management tools, defect tracking systems, and basic test reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and structured thinking. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment. Experience with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, or process automation projects is an advantage. Knowledge of basic SQL, APIs, or scripting for test support is beneficial.
