The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in diabetes management, thyroid disorders, hormonal imbalances, and metabolic diseases. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage diabetes mellitus, thyroid disorders, and other endocrine conditions Provide comprehensive treatment for Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, including insulin therapy and advanced diabetes management Evaluate and manage hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, thyroid nodules, and other thyroid diseases Diagnose and treat pituitary, adrenal, parathyroid, and other hormonal disorders Manage obesity, metabolic syndrome, osteoporosis, and calcium metabolism disorders Interpret diagnostic investigations, including hormonal profiles, HbA1c, thyroid function tests, and endocrine imaging Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and evidence-based guidelines Monitor patients with chronic endocrine disorders and adjust treatment to optimize outcomes Provide patient education on diabetes prevention, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and long-term disease management Collaborate with diabetologists, cardiologists, nephrologists, dietitians, and other multidisciplinary specialists Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, clinical protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards Requirements Qualifications MBBS/MD or equivalent recognized medical degree Recognized postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine, followed by appropriate specialization or subspecialty training in Endocrinology Board certification or equivalent recognized specialist-level qualification American Board, UK, Canadian, Australian, European, or other internationally recognized qualifications are highly desirable Minimum 3-5 years of relevant post-specialization experience preferred, subject to applicable licensing requirements Strong expertise in diabetes management, thyroid diseases, hormonal disorders, and metabolic conditions Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient management skills Eligible for DHA Specialist Endocrinology classification/license in Dubai, subject to applicable UAE PQR requirements Benefits Competitive salary package and attractive employment benefits Opportunity to work in a leading healthcare facility in Dubai Modern diagnostic facilities and advanced endocrine care technologies Medical insurance and annual leave, subject to applicable employment terms Excellent career growth and professional development opportunities Licensing assistance available for eligible candidates Show more Show less
