Role Description The Logistics Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all logistics activities related to real estate development projects, including material sourcing, delivery scheduling, and site-level distribution. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring project timelines, managing logistics vendors, optimizing transportation routes, and ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. The Logistics Project Manager collaborates with project managers, procurement, site engineers, and external partners to maintain cost-effective, on-time delivery of materials and equipment. The role also involves tracking logistics performance, preparing reports, resolving operational issues, and implementing process improvements to support project efficiency and quality. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Logistics Management skills, including coordination of material flow, vendor management, and transport planning. Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to oversee logistics plans, schedules, and deliverables across multiple projects. Candidates should possess effective Budgeting skills to control logistics costs, forecast expenses, and support cost-optimization initiatives. Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend operational improvements. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders and to prepare clear reports and documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in logistics or project management within construction or real estate development is an advantage. Proficiency in project management and logistics software, and strong MS Excel skills are beneficial.
