Job Title: Transformation Manager – Financial Institutions
Experience: 7–12 years in banking
Function: FI Coverage / Correspondent Banking / Transformation Delivery
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage the FI transformation and cross-sell roadmap
Turn business goals into workstreams, plans and measurable benefits
Redesign client onboarding, KYC (Know Your Customer), credit and limit journeys
Coordinate with Credit Risk, Operations and Technology teams
Prepare executive updates, decision papers and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
Track benefits: revenue, wallet share, onboarding time, service quality
Must-Have Skills
7–12 years in banking (FI coverage, correspondent banking, FI credit, transaction banking, treasury or operations)
Delivery experience across Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance and Technology
Process redesign, Target Operating Model (TOM), requirements and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Knowledge of Nostro/Vostro, trade finance, cash management, KYC, AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation
