- Architecture Site Technical Office Engineer.
-Job Description:
-Creating detailed architectural shop drawings based on design documents, including plans, sections, and details for execution.
-Coordinating architectural plans with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings to identify clashes.
-Reviewing and managing project specifications, contracts, and RFI (Request for Information) logs.
-Performing material take-offs, preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and verifying material technical compliance.
-Providing technical support to site engineers to solve design conflicts and ensuring construction aligns with approved shop drawings.
Job Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
-Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is standard, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
-Experience: 3-5 years of previous experience in a technical office setting, including knowledge of construction techniques and material specifications.
