B2B Phone Outreach Specialist — LS Consulting

LS Consulting is looking for someone exceptionally strong on the phone in a B2B environment. This is not a traditional sales role. You will be speaking directly with founders, CEOs, General Managers and other senior decision-makers, so we are looking for someone who can communicate naturally, confidently and professionally at that level. What you’ll do Your role is to handle the first conversation with selected companies, understand the response, follow the call structure provided and, where relevant, book a follow-up conversation with LS Consulting. You are not expected to research companies, build lead lists or design the sales approach. We provide: The companies and decision-makers to contact Verified or researched contact details Company and decision-maker context The reason for contacting each company Call scripts and conversation structure Key questions and hypotheses to test Clear criteria for when a follow-up call should be booked Your focus is simply on executing the conversation well. What we’re looking for You should be: Very comfortable speaking with founders and senior decision-makers Strong and natural on the phone Experienced in B2B environments or executive-level outreach Able to follow a structured approach without sounding scripted Good at reading conversations and adapting in real time Professional, concise and confident Comfortable handling initial objections or resistance Experience in B2B sales, business development, appointment setting or similar phone-based roles is useful, but what matters most is your ability to communicate effectively with senior business leaders.
