Job Title: Heavy Equipment Driving Trainer Company: Asas Al-Mohileb Group Location: Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-time Job Opening: Urgent Hiring About the Role Asas Al-Mohileb Group is seeking an experienced and qualified Heavy Equipment Driving Trainer to provide practical and theoretical training to heavy equipment operators. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing operators' driving skills, ensuring safe equipment operation, and assessing their competency in accordance with operational requirements and safety standards. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience operating heavy equipment, along with the ability to deliver effective training and communicate clearly with a multicultural workforce. Key Responsibilities Deliver practical and theoretical training to heavy equipment operators, focusing on safe and efficient equipment operation. Train operators on equipment handling, maneuvering, positioning, and operating procedures. Explain equipment controls, operational limitations, and safety precautions. Provide hands-on driving instruction in designated training areas and operational sites. Assess trainees' driving skills, technical understanding, and readiness to operate equipment independently. Conduct competency assessments and provide constructive feedback to trainees. Identify training gaps and develop improvement plans to enhance operators' performance. Ensure trainees understand and comply with company safety policies and applicable operational procedures. Demonstrate proper pre-operation inspections and routine equipment checks. Train operators to identify potential hazards and respond appropriately to operational risks. Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, assessment results, and competency reports. Coordinate with operations and HSE teams to ensure training activities meet business and safety requirements. Monitor trainees' progress and recommend additional training when necessary. Job Requirements: Proven experience in operating heavy equipment and training operators. Practical knowledge of heavy equipment operating procedures and workplace safety standards. Previous experience as a heavy equipment driving instructor or operator trainer is strongly preferred. Ability to deliver hands-on training and evaluate operators' practical competency. Strong communication and instructional skills. Fluency in both English and Urdu is mandatory. Ability to communicate effectively with drivers from diverse backgrounds. Strong commitment to safety, discipline, and operational excellence. Willingness to work at operational sites in Saudi Arabia. Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred. Preferred Experience: Experience training operators on equipment used in construction, ready-mix concrete, cement, contracting, or related industrial operations will be an advantage.
