Purchasing and Administrative Assistant (H/F)

Based at our office in Kuwait and in compliance with our internal standards, your responsabilities will include the following : Meeting with suppliers Receiving some orders if delivery made to office Local contracts verification, signing and filing Receiving company documents You will use our ERP Workday in order to : Review new purchase requisitions and request Request and compare quotations from approved suppliers. Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders after approval. Track open purchase orders. Coordinate with our clients supply chain to update orders receiving. Confirm receipt of goods. Respond to internal requests and provide purchasing updates. Monitor and coordinate with finance to prepare payment and invoices. Create new supplier. Obtain approval from project managers Required profile and skills: Shown work experience in similar role in fast-paced international environment Fluent in French and English Good organisational skills and attention to details Show more Show less
