Ice Cream Maker Four Winters is looking for an Ice Cream Maker to join our team. Responsibilities: Prepare and produce ice cream according to recipes and quality standards. Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation. Handle ingredients and equipment safely and correctly. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards throughout the production process. Monitor ingredients and minimize waste. Requirements: Previous experience in food production, pastry, or a similar role is required. A friendly, engaging, and confident personality with strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. Ability to understand and perform basic F&B functions, including food and ice cream preparation and waste tracking. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to take initiative and responsibility.
