General Manager | Qatar

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished General Manager to lead one of our hotels in Qatar. We are looking for an exceptional hospitality professional with a strong background in luxury or upscale hotel operations and a proven ability to deliver outstanding commercial and guest experience results. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring business objectives are achieved. Drive commercial performance across key market segments including corporate, government, and MICE. Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain the highest service standards. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes. Build strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and ownership representatives. Develop a high-performance culture focused on engagement, accountability, and service excellence. Ensure compliance with all company, brand, and regulatory requirements. Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of hospitality leadership experience. Previous General Manager experience within an internationally branded hotel. Strong understanding of the Qatar market and luxury hospitality environment. Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving financial targets. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. GCC experience is highly preferred. Show more Show less
