Senior Design Architect

We’re Hiring | Senior Architect – Design Imperial Real Estate Development is looking for an experienced Senior Architect – Design to join our team in Amman – Airport Road. Experience: 7–10 years Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Key Responsibilities Lead architectural design for luxury residential projects and villas, from concept development through design documentation. Develop creative design concepts, detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, renders, and presentations. Coordinate architectural and interior design concepts to ensure consistency and design excellence. Prepare, review, and revise architectural drawings and technical documentation. Ensure design quality, creativity, functionality, and consistency throughout all project phases. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with project requirements. Apply knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, building codes, and construction practices. Balance design excellence with functionality, budget, and project requirements. Requirements 7–10 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in luxury residential architecture and villas. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Strong experience in luxury residential architecture and interior design coordination. Good knowledge of Jordanian regulations and GAM, JEA, and CDD requirements. Strong creative, technical, design management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet design deadlines. Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction documentation. Design-focused role – not site supervision.
