Construction Project Manager

MIMCO Arabia is the main contractor for a large-scale palace construction project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and we are hiring a Project Manager. You will lead the project from mobilization to handover and report to the Project Director. Responsibilities: Manage scope, schedule, cost and quality for the full project. Prepare and update the project programme, budget and cash flow. Coordinate with the client, consultant, subcontractors and suppliers. Lead the site team, including engineers, foremen and document control. Control variations, claims and change orders. Enforce HSE and quality requirements on site. Run weekly progress meetings and issue monthly reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. At least 10 years in construction, including 5 years as Project Manager, preferably in Saudi Arabia. Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project and FIDIC contracts. PMP certification is preferred. Experience on high-end or luxury building projects is an advantage. Fluent English. Arabic is an advantage. Valid Saudi iqama. How to apply: Apply through LinkedIn with your updated CV.
