Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP engineering and construction.
Proven experience in a Technical Director or senior technical management position.
Must have proven experience working with large, well-established MEP contracting companies.
Must have extensive experience in the GCC construction market, particularly within Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries.
Extensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV systems.
Strong background in MEP design, technical reviews, and engineering coordination.
Experience in managing design development, technical submissions, and material approvals.
Excellent knowledge of international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, NEC, and relevant Saudi regulations).
Experience in value engineering, technical solutions, and design optimization.
Strong knowledge of BIM coordination and engineering software.
Ability to lead technical teams and provide engineering support to project teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
